3. When requesting footage and Madman's Batch List
YOU MUST ADVISE MADMAN THAT YOU REQUIRE FOOTAGE FROM EACH MEET AT LEAST ONE DAY PRIOR TO THEM
YOU WILL HAVE MORE CHANCE OF HAVING YOUR RUNS FILMED
REQUEST FORMS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON THE DAY BUT THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT ANY OF YOUR RUNS WILL BE FILMED
It is most preferred that you go here to my enquiry form page and submit your details.
If you call the mobile I may not be able to tell you what footage I have straight away and I may be out of office.
On most occasions I will ask that you fill out and submit your details on my enquiry form page
If you do not hear back from Madman within a week please contact again.

Once you become a frequent customer you may only need to provide the event your enquiring about.
If you are driving/riding a new/different car or bike then I will need to be informed and a new photograph is required. I may also be able to come see your car/bike in the pits before racing on the day.
This information will save a lot of time and help me to get your footage to you sooner.
A more detailed description of your car or bike will also help such as certain colours, stickers, sponsor’s name(s) etc. which may not be visible in the photo(s)

How does Madman do this?
When you join the list of people who want footage before each meet, Madman does what is called a "Batch Search" where footage is searched through once and your runs along with everyone else's is grabbed from the main stream of footage.
Discount only applies to the standard production cost of the footage.
THIS DISCOUNT DOES NOT APPLY FOR 3 OR LESS RUNS AS $40 IS THE MINIMUM COST FOR A CUSTOM DVD.
Don't want to email or phone Madman before each meet? Then join Madman's customer list. Advise Madman that you want footage from every meet.
Benefits include automatic joining on the discount list, first option for having your footage delivered within a week (conditions apply)
Note: If you don't want footage after a meet and your on the list, you will be automatically removed from the list for the next meet.
