View your runs before you buy
Let Madman know before each meet that you would like your car filmed and you would also like to view your runs before you buy the DVD.
An advanced payment is required before the meet. A link will be emailed after the meet for you to download and view your runs.
If you go ahead and purchase your DVD with all your runs (full or part), 75% of your advanced payment will go towards the cost of your DVD.
If you don't go ahead with the purchase of your DVD, half of the fee will be kept as credit.
There will be no refunds if you choose not to go ahead with your DVD order after viewing your runs. Clips will be in the same format as normal sample clips and will consist of only your runs. No burnout or guide back footage.
Madman will advise the advanced payment required upon your request. This payment will vary for each meet and category.
Open an account and receive your runs on DVD from each meet within a week
Why wait for over a week for your runs to arrive on DVD. Madman can send you your runs before everyone else. Limited places are available for each meet. So you need to get in quick with your requests before each meet for this offer. Even if you are on the customer batch list.
You will need to contact Madman and you need to be in credit with your account prior to each meet.
Most post will be by express post so there is an extra postage fee. If you want normal post then that is not a problem but you will need to contact and advise Madman..
Save 15% on the initial production cost of your custom DVD
Simply contact Madman before each meet, mention the discount and get 15% off your next DVD. Minimum cost is $40.00 (changed as of April 1st 2008) even with the discount. There will be no prices under this amount.
How does Madman do this?
When you join the list of people who want footage before each meet, Madman does what is called a "Batch Search" where footage is searched through once and your runs along with everyone else's is grabbed from the main stream of footage.
Discount only applies to the standard initial production cost of the footage.
Join Madman's customer batch list
Don't want to email or phone Madman before each meet? Then join Madman's customer list. Advise Madman that you want footage from every meet.
Benefits include automatic joining on the discount list, first option for having your footage delivered within a week (conditions apply)
Note: If you don't want footage after a meet and your on the list, you will be automatically removed from the list for the next meet.
If you are a current customer who is always after footage confirm your place on the list.

Using the same footage and DVDs as purchased by some of Madman's customers, you can see what your money buys at the track. This is available by arrangement only before each meet. You can view these in the pits before racing starts or once the meet has finished.
Some options for your custom DVD

Have a picture of your car printed on the surface of your DVD(s). Picture from Grant Stephens at cacklingpipes. You can pick what picture you want.
Have sponsor logos printed on the surface of your DVD(s)
Have sponsor logos at the beginning and end of your footage on your DVD(s)
If you want an option that Madman has not got listed then please let Madman know what you want and something can be worked out....it's your custom DVD so you can have it the way you want it. Don't forget there are more options listed on the "Packages, costs, optional extras and private track hire" page
