Madman Operation Changes

Please note it is very important to contact me to make sure that I am attending an upcoming event. Please do not just assume that I will be definitely attending an event.

You can now purchase your runs in Full High Definition on Blu-ray disc. This ofcourse means that the footage has had to have been recorded in Full High Definition. Click on the EVENTS logo above for details on what events are available in Full HD.

Older update.......

I am now operating as a freelance camera operator and editor. What this now means is that when there are other chances to make a steady income in other areas for my business this will mean I may not be able to attend some events at Sydney Dragway. This is mainly dependent on how many pre-event orders are received.

Since mid 2006 I have been honoured at being able to work as the leading videographer at Sydney Dragway (WSID) for all non-major track events bringing racers and fans video footage of nearly every run from nearly every event. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the people who have been able to support me and my business over the last 6 years. Whilst my business has mainly only ever been part time, and after a short stint in the TV industry, I am now in a position to have a go at operating as freelance.

As per usual, any racer who would like their car or bike recorded will need to check on the events page for the latest information to find out if I will able to attend an upcoming event. Click on the "events" link above. Anyone is free to email me if they wish to enquire on attendance for an upcoming event.

All my contact details still remain the same as outlined by clicking on the "contact" icon above.

This decision also comes as alot footage is making its way onto youtube for free from other sources. I can not compete as a business with this being allowed to happen at the track and it is and has been hugely effecting my business margins over the past 2-3 years. It is simply not worth the time and effort as racers who use to purchase and support me now don't and just wait for their runs to appear on the internet or get it for free from these other sources. I am disappointed that this kind of activity is allowed to happen however there is just no point attending events where my new scope of work will now allow me to make better income for my business else where.

I realise some racers will be disappointed however I am now not receiving the financial support that I use to.
